At The London Cake Academy, our Taster Sessions are the perfect way to dip your toe (or piping bag) into the world of cake decorating. Each two-hour session focuses on a different technique — from buttercream basics and royal icing to sugar flowers, sugarpaste and figure modelling.

- This is a BYOB event, ie, you are welcome to bring your own alcohol and don’t forget to book a seat for your pals

- The skills learned during your visit with us are intended for use within your own business. Under no circumstances should these classes be replicated and taught to your own students.
