If you’re stumped on what kind of party to throw for your child or teen’s special day, look no further! The London Cake Academy has the perfect celebration for you. 

Our kids’ parties aren’t just for birthdays, you can purchase one for any special day of the year. Not only that, but TLC Academy’s fun and engaging parties are amazing for showing children of all ages how to be more independent in their own kitchens!

All that we ask is to have enough space to stand and work for both the child and the instructor, as well as a place to wash hands and clear up (it’s always best to have a clean and tidy kitchen!). Our baking parties also include complimentary clean-up services, so that you can enjoy the festivities along with your child and their friends, making them perfect for both parents and kids to have fun at!

Our parties can happen anywhere, from The London Cake Academy premises, a venue of your choice, to your own home (the activity is dependent on the size of the cooker that is available). And of course, you’ll finish the class with your very own delicious treats! Our baking parties are perfect for children, preteens, and teenagers. After all, the best gift you can give is a good time, and you’ll have a blast at The London Cake Academy’s baking party!

You will take home everything your children make in class, and learn how to box it up safely for transporting home to share with all your family and friends.

Your party will last approximately 1.5 – 2 hours depending on the pace of the children.

The children will bake cupcakes or vanilla cookies please state when you order which you would prefer.

Our baking parties are recommended for children aged 8 to 16. Younger children can join in the party fun but will need an adult per child to assist them. Parties for smaller children (and their assistants) are available for children aged 5 – 8 years but will be much shorter in duration.

Each child will leave with:

Baking certificate (children’s names need to be submitted a full 7 days before the party commences)
A personalised Chef Hat that they will have decorated themselves
A selection of the food they have made
A personalised gift box to take their baking home in.

Hat and box will be decorated during the party by the children

PRICE:

For up to 6 children, with an additional fee for each child with a maximum of 12 children

Matching themed and personalised birthday cakes can also be arranged. Please enquire upon booking.

There is a travel charge for all parties outside NW6. Parking and travel costs are charged separately along with the congestion charge where applicable.

Dates and times are arranged to suit you, but please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please note:

  • You will need to bring your own packed lunch. unless it is a full-day class ie 9am to 5pm
  • Teas, coffee, and biscuits will be provided.
  • The skills learned during your visit with us are intended for you to use within your own business and under no circumstances should these classes be replicated and taught to your own students.
  • You will receive your class recipes by email after joining the newsletter mailing list
  • Videos are strictly prohibited during this class.
  • Please be aware that once the full payment has been settled, we are unable to refund so please check your travel arrangements and ensure enough contingency time before committing to a class.
  • Please make sure you double-check your availability before booking your party as we are unable to offer a refund for the cancellation of parties or classes.
  • In the unlikely event, a class is canceled by TLC Academy a reschedule will be offered or a full refund will be given.
