Zlatina Lewis is an accomplished gold medalist for her winning cake art. Her desire to create pastries started at the age of 7 when she made her very first cake. Which then lead her to receive her diploma in patisserie and confectionery from Burgas City College located in Bulgaria.
Being in the food industry for over 20 years she has accomplished many feats. She became a member of the British Sugarcraft Guild and opened her own establishment named ZL Cake Boutique in 2013. She is also renowned in the Cake International NEC as a four-time gold medalist and a three-time gold medalist in the Welsh National Cake and Sugarcraft Show. She has also received the honor of publishing her recipes in a few online magazines.
Zlatina is very accomplished in her field and her talent is recognized by many around the world. Now she is one of the organizing partners for the Welsh National Cake and Sugarcraft show.
